The original blog on guides to create that particular stone is now unaccessible. But our friend found a way how to bypass the blog:
i can help you check em out in hours I have no access to PC right now. But if this is your first weapon; I suggest do an easier quest, the Goddess Tear.
If this is your second weapon, I believe that stone is naturally cheap. 1-3b! Goodluck
