Question - why does the Orleans Server need to be +8? Doesn't seem to add any effects.

Any clues on how? The Dangerous Rumours quest won't trigger, one of the pre-quests (Einbroch Murder Quest) can't be completed. And the NPC for the instance doesn't allow me to access.

Adding a bump to this - want to know if this instance can be accessed. I have gone and looked at another server's guide (https://www.novaragnarok.com/wiki/Wolfchev's_Laboratory). Here's where I'm at with the suggested 'Prerequisites': - Cursed Spirit Quest: Complete - Factory Quest: Complete - Biolabs Entrance Quest: Haven't started - Einbroch Murder Quest: Stuck at the step 10 - there is no Drunken Man (https://www.novaragnarok.com/wiki/Einbroch_Murder_Quest). Got there with @warp airplane_01. - President Quest: requires Einbroch Murder Quest - Dangerous Rumours: similar position to OP. Any ideas if this instance is even possible?
