Yep, I actually exceeded it already hoping that it would somehow fix the problem. Is this something common? Does it also happen to anyone? or is it just me?

I tried it already, What i've done so far. - Took the trial of glory, Did nothing at all still hero rank D - Click hero debugger then logout and login again, Did nothing. I think GM is the only one who can fix this bug

I've already reach the 12.5M kills in monster arena, but my rank does'nt go up. Pls someone help me with this Am i missing a step or what?
