Glorious Weapon Update

Please take note that these weapons are still under observations. Changes on their effects or to class skills for balancing might follow later on.

These effects are working in game now. Their descriptions will be updated next patch (soon). Or get it manually.

Download this. Iteminfo.lua
Log out in game.
Go to your DreamerRO folder then look for system folder and paste it there.
Overwrite the old one.

 

Some might view these weapons as quite overpowered or under powered but I encourage players to test them first before giving their feedback. We are here and we are open for discussion.

Pros:
1. Can reach higher damage output than most weapons.
2. Unbreakable except in upgrade attempt or tarot skill.
3. Enchantable
4. Easier to obtain

Cons:
1. Cannot be carded/No slot
2. Luck based enchant
3. Refinement dependent effects

Glorious Weapons Current Effect: Blue/Yellow means they were tweaked from their original effects.

1. Glorious Krieger: Attack - 420

 


1 Handed
Increase damage to demi human by 88%

Adds 25% defense bypassing on Demi-human monster.
Indestructible (except in upgrade attempts).
[Refine Rate +6 or higher]
Pierces Defense of DemiHuman monster by 5%.
[Slaughter] Lv 2
[Refine Rate +9 or higher]
Add a chance of auto casting Maxed Level Concentration when dealing physical damage.
Add a chance of auto casting Maxed Level Aura Blade when dealing physical damage.

2. Glorious Bloody Roar: Attack - 430

 


Increase damage to demi human by 96%
Demi Resist + 15%
Adds 20% defense bypassing on Demi-human monster.
Indestructible (except in upgrade attempts).
[Refine Rate +6 or higher]
Adds an additional 5% demi-human resist
[Slaughter] Lv 1
[Refine Rate +9 or higher]
When dealing physical damage there's a chance that the weapon will awaken and grant 200 attack bonus for 3 seconds.

3. Glorious Jamadhar: Attack - 450

 


Increase damage to demi human by 88%
Demi Resist + 15%
Increases critical attack against DemiHuman monster by 20%.
Indestructible (except in upgrade attempts).
[Refine Rate +6 or higher]
Adds a 15% chance critical damage to DemiHuman monster.
[Slaughter] Lv 2
[Refine Rate +9 or higher]
When dealing physical damage there's a chance that the weapon will awaken and grant 20% critical damage for 3 seconds.

4. Glorious Cleaver: Attack - 420

 


Increase damage to demi human by 95%
Adds 20% defense bypassing on Demi-human monster.
Indestructible (except in upgrade attempts).
[Refine Rate +6 or higher]
ATK + 5%
Adds 5% defense bypassing on Demi-human monster.
[Slaughter] Lv 1
[Refine Rate +9 or higher]
Add 5% chance of auto casting Level 1 Critical Wound when dealing physical damage.
Add a chance of auto casting Level 2 Critical Wound when using skill Cart cannon or Cart Termination.
Attack Speed + 5%.

5. Glorious Two Handed Axe (will remain two handed) : Attack - 500

 


Increase damage to demi human by 90%
Reduce damage from demi human by 25%
Adds 25% defense bypassing on Demi-human monster.
Indestructible (except in upgrade attempts).
[Refine Rate +6 or higher]
Add 5% chance of auto casting Level 1 Critical Wound when dealing physical damage.
Adds 5% defense bypassing on Demi-human monster.
[Slaughter] Lv 2

Adds an additional Demi-Human Resistance by 5%

Physical Attack Strength to Demihuman monsters +95%.
Ignore 20% of Physical Defense of Demihuman monsters.

Increases MaxHP by 5%
Increase in ASPD(Delay after attacking reduces by 10%).
[Slaughter] Lv 1 (Damage bonus of Slaughter increases up to the upgrade level 10.)
[Refine Level +9]
Knight Class: When using Spiral Pierce, has a chance of inflicting Level 2 Critical Wound.
Crusader Class: Range +1. When attacking normally, has a chance of casting Level 5 [Pressure]. 

7. Glorious Lance: Attack - 420

Turned to 1 handed
Increases physical attack against DemiHuman monster by 88%.

Ignore 25% Physical Defense of Demi-human monster.
Indestructible (except in upgrade attempts).

Attack Speed + 5%.

Asura Strike Damage increased by 5%

9.  Glorious Tablet: Attack 420/MATK 215

 

Increase damage to demi human by 88%  (physical)
MATK +15%.
Adds 25% defense bypassing on Demi-human monster.
Indestructible (except in upgrade attempts).
[Refine Rate +6 or higher]
MATK + 5%
[Slaughter] Lv 1 (Damage bonus of Slaughter increases up to the upgrade level 10.).
[Refine Rate +9 or higher]
When attacking there's a chance the weapon will awaken and grant you ATK + 200 for 3 seconds.

10. Glorious Apocalypse: Attack 220/MATK 415

 


Increases physical attack against DemiHuman monster by 85%.
Adds 25% defense bypassing on Demi-human monster.
Indestructible (except in upgrade attempts).

11. Glorious Arc Wand: MATK 425:

 


Increase magic damage to demi human by 25%
Adds 25% magical defense bypassing on Demi-human monster.
Indestructible (except in upgrade attempts).

Increases the effectiveness of your Heal and Sanctuary skills by  30%

Pierces Defense of DemiHuman monster by 20%.
Add a small chance of auto casting Level 1 Lex Aeterna on an enemy when attacking.
Indestructible (except in upgrade attempts).

Has high chance to regenerate 10% of attack as HP.
[Slaughter] Lv 1
[Refine Rate +9 or higher]
When using the skill backstab, there's a high chance to cause Bleeding status to everyone in a 5x5 area.

20.  Glorious Pistol : Atk 455

 


Increases physical attack against DemiHuman monster by 90%.
Adds 20% defense bypassing on Demi-human monster.
Indestructible (except in upgrade attempts).

5% chance of inflicting bleeding on the enemy when using Rapid Shower
[Slaughter] Lv 1
[Refine Rate +9 or higher]
Add a chance of auto casting Level 1 Flip the Coin when using skill Rapid Shower.
Increases damage of Rapid Shower by 2% per refine level.

RapidFire (adds a very small chance to double cast rapid shower)

small chance to autocast lex aterna when using physical range attack.

23. Glorious Shotgun: ATK: 450

Increases 30% damage of Triple Action .
Increase Dragon Tail damage by 30%

Increases the damage of Gunslinger Mine by 2% for each refine level of the weapon.
Additional increase in Rebellion's Dragon Tail damage by 3% each refinement of the weapon. 

25. Glorious Huuma Shuriken: Atk 425/Matk 390

 


Increases physical attack against DemiHuman monster by 95%.
Adds 20% defense bypassing on Demi-human monster.
MATK +10%
Has a 5% chance of dealing double damage with Level 10 Final Strike and Level 10 Throw Huuma Shuriken for 10 seconds when physically attacking.
Indestructible (except in upgrade attempts).
[Refine Rate +6 or higher]
Adds 25% mdef bypass to demi human.
[Slaughter] Lv 2
[Refine Rate +9 or higher]
Add 100% chance of auto casting Level 10 Heal when using skill Final Strike.

28. Glorious Holy Avenger: ATK: 420/MATK: 480

 

ATK/MATK +5%
Indestructible (except in upgrade attempts)
[Refine Rate +6 or higher]
Reduce defense by 10%
[Refine Rate +9 or higher]
Increase Grand Cross damage by 1% per refinement
[Refine Rate 10]
Small chance to trigger "mindbreak" on self when using Grand Cross (20% matk bonus -reduce your mdef)

Notes:

Slaughter: Slaughter bonus is additional physical damage to demi human based on weapon refinement. Formula goes like this.
Lvl 1: (Refine -4)^2
Lvl 2: (Refine -3)^2
ex.
+6 = (6-4)^2 = 2^2 = 4% extra damage
+7 = (7-4)^2 = 3^2 = 9% extra damage

ADDED GLORIOUS ENCHANTMENT.

You can enchant your glorious weapon  upto 3x. The cost of the enchantment is 500m zeny + malangdo coins or 2 SEA GOD anger. SEA GOD anger gives the best stats. However it has a small chance of breaking your weapon. The chance is very small, it is really rare.

There are some extremely rare enchants available when you use SEA GOD anger. This includes
MATK +7%,
ATK +7%,

Ambition  - damage to all class and additional hit.
Expect - Crit attack rate and crit bonus.
Tab - MATK bonus
Archline - Long range damage + atk speed.
Mercy - Heal and Mdef
Steel - HP and Def

Bear Power (chance to trigger +200 str when you got attacked and transform you into bear for 3 seconds - this is not very rare unlike other)
Expert Archer 10 (+20% range damage)
Runaway magic (a very small chance(1%) to trigger +200 int that last for 10 secs when using magical attack.)
Hawkeye ( a very small chance (1%) to trigger +200 dex when attacking that last for 5 seconds)

The lower level of these enchants are also available as well as other such as

FATAL - more crit damage.
Fighting spirit - atk bonuses
SP cost reduction
Healing bonus

etc

Fun fact to those who think 96% damage is OP (SMH), I saw players talking about too much damage etc earlier.

Most of the weapons already have 95% damage to demi human before. ex. are the instruments and spears, they just balance it out to other weapons (some weapons have lower bonuses before because the slotted weapons available for their class normally only has 1-2 slots like the guns).

The normal card combo in 4 slotted weapon gives more than 96% damage to demi human, that is excluding thanatos card.  Buying a glorious weapon is like having a weapon with 4 damage cards slotted on it. The extra downside of these weapons though is the difficulty to find a good donation combination. Too long to explain but it's because most of our donation gears have similar demi human modifier like rare wings that are better combined with other modifer. The slaughter effect damage bonus can cover for it but that's why I don't think it doesn't give too much damage. Perhaps the lucky one are those who can combine it with range wings.

Anyway the guns have good stats but only 2 skills have decent damage on Rebellion arsenals atm, they need to be boosted. Tracking tickles. Dragon Tail has slightly long CD.

Glorious rifle and gatlin gun have the same effect? or was an error here in the forum description?. Can i suggest more damage and 4 sec less cooldown for "Fire Rain" skill in the script of Glorious Gatlin Gun? Fire Rain is 5 sec cooldown.

corrected the description. I believe that there will be a class discussion soon (maybe sometime after rotation), those skill are better fix via source. Can't boost them with the weapons alone.

Change the Throw Huuma Shuriken skill first. 😞 

The glorious shuriken is useless with the current skill state.

Range bonus gives all type of buffs that can affect range damage. This includes atk% , long range attack %, critical damage %.

Short range is similar except it doesn't give long range attack bonuses and has a better chance for high atk % and some defensive buffs such as max hp%.

Is this a bug? I upgraded my cure wand up to +9 and according to this update [Refine Rate +9 or higher]
Add a chance of auto casting Level 10 Heal when using skill Heal.

It says lvl 10 heal but it gave me a random amount of heal. Refer to the pictures I posted.

I didn't edit that part since it's part of the glorious effect already but after checking it, it does a random level of heal instead of fixed level 10. The script is correct but it's behaving differently on the heal skill. I tried changing the script but it still behave the same. It's probably a source bug. I'll try to ask our admin if he can edit it on source.

Hi...good day please check it please..The Glorious Pistol level 1 flip the coin @ +9 refine rate since its not working

can i suggest it to chance autocast lex aterna when using range attack skill or dispell or atk%.

Maybe the option tag value inverses at the source. Try a ,2 instead of ,1. Just a guess, in case debugging the source would take longer time.

Im suggesting this weapon to be more usefull for Genetics on 2nd job skill fighting. The purple coloured words are what im suggesting.

Currently genetics only have Acid Demonstration as their main offensive skill on 2nd skill job. Boosting mamonite skill in this weapon may help genetics to have more choice in fighting their enemies. Im not sure how much Mamonite should be boosted, 50% is just my rough opinion. Thank you~

I'm not sure if acid demonstration was made into renewal mechanics but if yes, rather than the 450 MATK, I suggest making the genetic a "glass mage" when the two handed axe is worn meaning x1.3-1.5 damage for AD BUT drastically reduced movespeed (close to cursed state) and resistance to demihumans as an effect of equipping the two handed axe (different option than equipping the glorious rapier). Maybe also an increased effect for potion pitcher to make the gene a "glass healer" too?

Regarding the additional fighting choice, instead of making a physical fighting option in which the gene severely lacks capability in innate skills unlike ABs who can be one, make an additional matk/int based fighting option like enabling use of lvl 7 JT.

Thank you, but Genetics already have an E.Weapon (Paracelsus) with effect: enable to use Lvl. 6 Meteor Storm skill and boost slim potion pitcher skill.

Suggesting another effect for Glorious Jamadhar

Glorious Jamadhar: Attack - 450
Increase damage to demi human by 88 90%
Demi Resist + 15%
Adds 20% defense bypassing on Demi-human monster.
Increases critical attack against DemiHuman monster sonic blow damage by 40%.
Indestructible (except in upgrade attempts).
[Refine Rate +6 or higher]
Adds more 5% chance critical damage to defense bypassing to DemiHuman monster.
[Slaughter] Lv 2
[Refine Rate +9 or higher]
When dealing physical damage there's a chance that the weapon will awaken and grant 20% critical more damage for 3 seconds.


Im suggesting sonic blow buff, since critical attack is pretty useless

yeah the MS is good, i just suggested JT as an additional targeted skill for genes. and for the weapon, yeah the e weapon gives bonus to potion pitcher but not nearly enough to say he becomes a glass healer (same with the rapier case, meaning much more heal but soft asf). anyway just something for the management to think about tho about role possibilities 😄
