Untradeable Donation Shop Rotation (8/17)

This is just a quick announcement to inform you that the items in the untradeables donation token shop have been rotated. As usual, the items in this shop are all account bound and they will be available on the Donation NPC for the next 3-4 months. This rotation was last seen August of 2016 and it does not include any new donation items.


You can access the untradeables donation token shop by talking to the Donation Girl NPC in Caspen. You can also preview all of the new items via the Fitting Room, which is also accessible through the Donation Girl NPC.


The old shop will remain available until 08/26/17 to allow people a last chance to buy these items before they are removed. The items in this shop will not be back for another 8-12 months.

Zeny Sales 2017

Hello Dreamers!

In case you have not heard, we are in the process of updating our server to acquire a ton of new content such as completed 3rd jobs, new client features, new job classes, monsters, instances and items. We should have a test server up within a couple of weeks to start trying out all the updates...but this topic is NOT about the upcoming server update.

We want to prepare the server for this update by lowering the prices of a few core items and getting rid of a lot of excess Zeny. We have decided to temporarily implement 2 npcs that will be selling Rare Items, Cards and Equipment at a discount price. The goal is to reduce the supply of Zeny while increasing the supply of these core items so that prices are more affordable for the newbies that will flood the server once the update is released. 


This will hopefully ensure that a lot more newbies will not be discouraged by the skyrocketing prices of core items (and will also put all that mining Zeny you guys earned to good use.)

They will be available until Saturday July 8, 2017.


P.S - I will not be answering any questions regarding the upcoming update. It is all still being tested and worked on.

Kill Share Party Mode

No longer will support classes suffer the pain of PvP without getting rewarded for their effort!

The new Kill Share Party Mode is here to save the day!


We have implemented a new option to the Party Manager NPC that allows all kill rewards to be shared evenly among the members of the party. This opens up the door for players to start playing support classes more often and not have to worry about not getting any kills or rewards.



The Kill Share Mode is accessible via the Party Manager NPC in Caspen or by sending a Whisper to "npc:pvp".



How does it work?

  1. Once your party has the desired number of members, the party leader can speak with the Party Manager NPC to turn on the Kill Share Mode.
  2. While the Kill Share Mode is enabled, all the killing rewards earned by the members of the party will go towards a "Party Reward Bank".
  3. Whenever the party is finished PvPing, the party leader can go back to the Party Manager NPC to turn off the Kill Share Mode.
  4. When the Kill Share Mode is turned off, all the rewards earned by the party while the mode was enabled will be evenly split among all the original members of the party.

The Kill Share Mode accumulates rewards in the following arenas:

  • Hero Arena
  • Hero Happy Hours
  • 3rd Jobs Arena

The Kill Share Mode accumulates the following rewards:

If you are in a party with Kill Share Mode enabled you will not receive individual rewards such as DM points and Elite Weapon kills when you get a kill. All those rewards will go towards the Party Bank and given away only when the party leader turns off the Kill Share Mode.

  • Hero Kills
  • Elite Weapon Kills
  • Deathmatch Points
  • Montangu Kills
  • Heroic Coins (HHH)
  • Battle Badges (HHH)


I create a party with 3 of my friends, which means the member count for the party is 4 (including me). We go to the Hero Happy Hours Arena and between all the members of the party we manage to get 40 kills. These 40 kills will add 40 Hero Kills, 40 Elite Weapon Kills, 80 DM points, 40 Montangu, 40 Heroic Coins, 120 Battle Badges etc. When I go back to the Party Manager NPC and turn off the Kill Share Mode, each of the original members of the party will receive 10 Hero Kills, 10 Elite Weapon Kills, 20 DM points, 10 Montangu, 10 Heroic Coins, 30 Battle Badges etc.



  • In order to receive Elite Weapon Kills earned by the party, the player must be wearing the Elite Weapon when the Kill Share Mode is turned off by the party leader.
  • In oder to receive any rewards earned by the party, the player must be online at the time the leader turns off the Kill Share Mode.
  • Only the party members that were in the party when the Kill Share Mode was turned on will be able to receive rewards. Any kill earned by a player that was invited after the party turned on the share mode will not be counted.
  • The party member count must remain the same as when the Kill Share Mode was turned on. If someone leaves the party or joins the party and the member count changes, no more rewards will be added to the Party Bank.
  • If you get kicked out of the party when the leader turns off the Kill Share Mode you will not receive rewards.
  • If the party has 10 members and managed to get only 9 DM points, 9/10 = 0.9 = 0. Meaning, nobody will get DM points. Likewise, if there are 3 players and 17 DM points were earned, 17/3 = 5.6 = 5. Each member will get 5 DM points and 2 will be wasted.
  • As long as you were in the party when it was registered, you will receive rewards earned by the party, even if you did not personally assist on those kills. All rewards earned by the party are split evenly between all original party members.
  • If you want to add a new player to the party you will need to reset the Kill Share Mode so the new player is counted.


This is a system that has been suggested many times and we are excited to finally be able to put it into play. We are eager to see more team work in our PvP arenas and to open the possibility of many new classes to focus on being full support.


The system is very new and complex, your questions are welcome and we depend on all our players to report any bug they encounter with this new system.

Mineral Forgery

Master the art of forging to maximize your profits from mining

by converting your minerals into powerful equipment!


Following on the footsteps of his younger brother David, Marcus Golstein, the mastermind behind the Refine Forging Hammer, arrived to the city of Einbroch. The Forging Hammer created by Marcus is the most light-weight, durable and resistant hammer ever created. It was forged using a combination of high quality minerals and it is strong enough to break even the hardest of minerals. Marcus not only brings his amazing hammer with him, but he also has access to recipes that make unbelieveable equipment using minerals found accross Midgard. People on the streets on Prontera say that with the help of Marcus and his Forging Hammer, even a granny can become a master forger!

The first step to begin forging minerals into powerful equipment is to obtain a Refined Forging Hammer from Dr. Marcus Goldstein. He can be found next to his brother at @go einbroch. When you speak to him he will request that you bring some minerals and zeny in order for him to make the hammer for you.


When you obtain the Refined Forging Hammer, you can equip it to gain access to the forging abilities.


To access the Forging Menu you must send a whisper to "npc:forge". You can send him various words to access different features.

  • Whisper "skill" to "npc:forge" to access the Forging Skills Menu.
  • Whisper "info" to "npc:forge" to access your forger stats such as Lvl, Exp and Record.
  • Whisper "forge" or anything else to access the recipes and begin to forge equipment.






There are 5 different Forging Skills available. You must be very careful when you are choosing the skills as there is no reset for forging skills.

  • Master Forger [1-10] - Increases the Forge Success rate by  (2*ForgerLevel)%. (Max of 20% at lvl 10)
  • Fast Learner [1-10] - Increases experience earned per forge attempt by 10% per level (max of 100% or 2x exp at lvl 10)
  • Quick Forger [1-5] - Reduces the cooldown after forging equipment by 5 minutes per level. (Default is 30 min cooldown, down to 5 minutes at lvl 5)
  • Recycle [1-4] -  Adds a (SkillLvL*5)% chance of receiving back half of the minerals spent when forging fails. (Max of 20%)
  • Mineral Forger [1] -  Allows the forger to compound Oridecon and Elunium Fragments into Pure Oridecon/Elunium
As of right now the maximum level for forging is Lvl 30. The experience earned for each forge attempt varies for each equipment, but the experience required to level up is quite linear. (125*ForgerLvl) EXP.

Other Information about Forging:

  • The Max Level of Forging is 30.
  • The Refined Forging Hammer is account bound.
  • The Forging Hammer has a 7% chance of breaking during failed forging attempts.
  • You do not lose forger exp when you fail to forge, you actually gain a bit of exp even if you fail.
  • There is no Skill Reset for forging, and if there ever is, it will be very expensive so choose your skills carefully.

The Forging System goes hand in hand with the Mining System because it uses mined minerals to forge equipment. However, you don't necesarily have to mine in order to forge. You can always buy minerals from other players and attempt to forge yourself without mining. Likewise, you don't have to forge, you could just sell your minerals and use the zeny to purchase already forged equipment. It all depends which art you want to master, or if you are gifted, you could master both arts!

Needless to say, the Forging System is still under obersvation, as well as the Mining System. We are still playing around with the drop rate of minerals and where the minerals are found. That means the list of requirements and success rates can change at any time without warning.

We have opted not to include Fused MvP cards into the Forging System because we don't necesarily see "Cards" as being forgeable with the type of minerals the mines drop. We will add the Fused MvP Cards soon and they will require a new type of "liquid" mineral that will be used to fuse the MvP cards. More information about Fused MvP cards will be announced soon.

[COMPLETED] Server Maintenance 5/17/17

Today at approximately 3:00-4:00 PM eastern time we will be taking the server down for an extensive server diagnosis in order to try to find the root of the latest random disconnections that have been affecting the server. We will also take advantage of this downtime to perform optimization on our databases to improve the server's performance.

The server is expected to be down for a minimum of 5 hours and may last up to 10-12 hours if we run into any difficulties.

During the downtime I welcome all of you to join our Discord channel, lurk the forums and renew your ratemyserver reviews.

We apreciate your patience during this maintenance.



Your skills and your hotkeys have been intentionally deleted out of the server in order to get rid of 45,000,000 rows in the database.

You will need to reset your skills using the Main NPC when you log in and level up your skills again. We'are sorry for the inconvenience but it will improve the performance of the database and reduce back up duration and load by 40%.
